§ 73.28. ROUTES FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIAL VEHICLES AND OVERSIZED VEHICLES.

(A) The Council may, by resolution, designate certain streets in the city on which hazardous material vehicles and oversized vehicles (combines, mobile homes and modular homes) shall be driven or towed upon, and it shall be unlawful for persons towing the through vehicles to travel on other streets than those so designated. The Council shall cause notices to be posted or shall erect signs indicating the streets so designated as hazardous material vehicle and oversized vehicle routes. These routes are listed in Chapter 77, Sch. VIII.
