§ 150.033. ABATEMENT OF DANGEROUS BUILDINGS CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

  • To provide minimum standards, provisions, requirements and equitable remedies consistent with other laws for the repair, vacation or demolition of dangerous buildings, the 1997 Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, as promulgated and printed in book or pamphlet form, is hereby incorporated by reference in addition to all amended editions as though printed in full herein insofar as such code does not conflict with the statutes of the state. At least 1 copy of the Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 Edition, shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk and shall be available for public inspection at any reasonable time. Additional copies shall be available for public dissemination at the office of the Chief Building Official and 1 copy available at the City Library reference section. The provisions of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings shall be controlling throughout the city and within the 2-mile building and zoning jurisdiction.
