§ 150.187. FENCING IN COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICTS.

Fences in commercial and industrial zoning districts may have fences in the front yard setback area provided that a fence constructed between the front setback line and the front lot line may not exceed 48 inches in height, and must be either Class Two, Three or Six construction.
