§ 151.025. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROVIDING GARBAGE FACILITIES.

Every owner of a dwelling containing 3 or more dwelling units shall supply facilities or containers for the sanitary and safe storage and disposal of rubbish and garbage. In the case of single-family or 2-family dwellings it shall be the responsibility of the occupant to furnish the facilities or containers.
