§ 151.100. ACCESSORY STRUCTURE MAINTENANCE.

(A) Accessory structures present or provided by the owner, tenant or tenant occupant on the premises of a dwelling shall be structurally sound, be designed to prevent rodent harborage, and be maintained in good repair and free of vermin by the owner, agent or occupant, or the structures shall be removed from the premises.
(B) The exterior of the structures shall be made weather-resistant through the use of decay-resistant materials or the use of paint or other preservatives.
