§ 151.176. RIGHT OF ENTRY.

The Health Inspector is hereby authorized to enter and inspect between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. all dwellings, dwelling units, roominghouses, rooming units and dormitory rooms subject to the provisions of this chapter for the purpose of determining whether there is compliance with its provisions.
