§ 156.321. PROCEDURE.

  • The City Council may, by special permit, after referral to and recommendation from the Planning Commission and public hearing, authorize the establishment of special exceptions in the form of conditional uses designated in the district regulations if it is found that the location and characteristics of the use will not be injurious to the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the area. An application for a special use permit which has been denied cannot be resubmitted for 2 years.
