§ 151.201. DESIGNATION OF AGENT FOR NON-RESIDENT APPLICANTS.

No operating license for a multiple dwelling or roominghouse shall be issued or renewed for a nonresident applicant unless the applicant designates in writing the City Clerk as his or her agent for the receipt of service of notice of violation of the provisions of this chapter and for services of process pursuant to this chapter.
