§ 151.207. SUSPENSION OF LICENSE AUTHORIZED.

At the end of the time he or she has allowed for correction of any violation cited as provided in this subchapter, the Health Inspector shall reinspect the multiple dwelling or roominghouse, and, if he or she determines that such conditions have not been corrected, he or she may issue an order suspending the operating license.
