§ 151.208. RECONSIDERATION OF ORDER OF HEALTH INSPECTOR OR FORMAL HEARING ON SUSPENSION OF LICENSE.

Any person whose operating license has been suspended under this subchapter shall be entitled, if the Health Inspector so determines, to a reconsideration of the order or a formal hearing, in the manner provided by this subchapter. If no request for reconsideration or petition for hearing reaches the Health Inspector within 21 days following the issuance of the order of suspension, the license shall be revoked, except that, prior to revocation, any person whose license has been suspended may request reinspection, upon a showing that the violations cited in the notice have been corrected.
